Chris Kim is a Vice President in the Investment Banking division of J.P. Morgan Canada, focusing on the Metals & Mining industry. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Chris worked in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs for 6 years, in its Toronto, New York and Los Angeles offices. He also spent 2 years at Francisco Partners, a technology-focused private equity firm, in San Francisco. Chris joined LinkC's leadership committee in 2013 after attending a number of events, being inspired by the community LinkC was helping foster. Chris holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.

Ezra Chang is a capital markets professional with over 11 years of experience in investment banking, largely with various independent investment dealers and with a Canadian bank-owned investment dealer. He has been involved in numerous lead/co-lead financings and M&A transactions in various industries, including healthcare, mining, technology, and special situations. He holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario, a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and a P.Eng. designation in Ontario.

Katie Jung is a sales assistant in the Equity Sales Group at Morgan Stanley Canada. Prior to Morgan Stanley, she was a business owner and worked as a roadshow coordinator at Canaccord Genuity in the Canadian Institutional Equities Group. She also held various roles in the financial services industry including RBC Capital Markets, Claymore Investments, National Bank and Royal Bank of Canada. She has a BBA from the Schulich School of Business with specializations in finance and marketing. In her spare time, she loves to swim, cook and volunteer.

Executive Director, Trading
Jay Lee is an Executive Director in the Equity Sales Group at Morgan Stanley Canada. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Jay has worked in many multi-faceted roles including corporate finance, trading, analysis, portfolio management of equity, derivatives, and fixed income products with Canada’s leading investment banks such as Scotiabank and premier hedge funds, Polar Asset Management Partners. Outside of his work in the capital markets, Jay has served on the board and audit committees of the LCBO, as co-chair of the Big Night Out Gala committee of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Toronto, and chaired the United Way Annual Giving Campaign of Morgan Stanley Canada. Jay co-founded LinKC, an organization dedicated to creating a community of Korean-Canadian finance and finance related professionals to highlight the excellence and achievements of professionals in our community and to foster and inspire each other in our career pursuits.
Senior Analyst, Capital Management and Projects
Jane Boo is a Senior Analyst at TD Securities in the Capital Management and Projects group. In this role, she assists in the implementation of new capital models, methodologies, and frameworks to meet regulatory requirements from OSFI and Basel III rules. She provides accurate and thorough capital impact analysis, interprets findings, identifies issues and possible solutions to the management team on new initiatives. She joined TD in 2013 in the Finance and Accounting Rotation Program where she completed four rotations in various segments (TD Wealth Management, TD Securities, Investor Relations and Internal Audit).
Jane graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in French.

Fidelity Investments Canada ULC
Andrew is an investment analyst at Fidelity Investments Canada ULC. In this role, he serves as a member of product research team, maintaining current knowledge on the firm’s investment products and market trends. He advises internal and external partners on matters relating to products, market trends, investment approach and performance analytics. Prior to joining Fidelity, Andrew was a risk analyst at TD Securities, responsible for managing performance metrics of a short term trading desk.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Mathematics double degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and University of Waterloo. Andrew is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
